16. @rahaf_care
Have you noticed how some scrubs end up worsening your skin? They can damage the skin barrier and do more harm than good.
Rahaf Care here tells you exactly that and some important tips on how to pamper your skin without damaging it.
لا تصدقي غير تجربتك الشخصية واتبعي العلم لانه هو المثبت والتجربة الشخصية لغيرك لا تعني شيء 🤍 Rahaf Care #skincare #beauty #skincareroutine #makeup #skin #skincareproducts #selfcare #skincaretips #antiaging #glowingskin #love #cosmetics #facial #healthyskin #natural #like #acne #beautiful #serum #naturalskincare #instagood #fashion #makeupartist #follow #organic #instagram #spa #health #perawatanwajah ♬ Creepy Violins – Apollo Nove
17. @livingrewired
With the skin being the largest organ of the human body, if you notice any changes, make sure you address them instantly.
Living Rewired helps people live their best lives, and here he gives good advice about how skin changes might represent an underlying ailment or so.
@livingrewired 🫠The skin is the largest organ of the human body, with an average surface area of about 20 square feet. It serves several important functions, including protecting the body from external damage, regulating temperature, and providing sensory information. 👻The skin can also give us important feedback about our health. For example, changes in the appearance or texture of the skin can be an indicator of underlying health conditions. For example, red palms may indicate high blood pressure or systemic inflammation. Yellowish skin and eyes (jaundice) are likely signs of liver distress, while grey skin may be found in people with niacin deficiency. #HealthySkin #SkinCare #GutHealth #SkinNutrition #Acne #Eczema #PsoriasisDiet #Dermatology #EssentialNutrients #NutrientAbsorption #InsideOutBeauty #LiverHealth #LiverDetox #LiverCleanse #Jaundice #AcneDiet ♬ Aesthetic – Tollan Kim

20. @blueyoobin
Blueyoobin from Korea loves sharing her skincare tips and recommendations. In this video, she tells us exactly what not to do when it comes to taking care of your skin.
Can you relate to any of these skincare mistakes?
@blueyoobin #2 Skincare Mistakes To Avoid👇 ❌ Too much Steps, Routines, Products, Amounts, Ingredients Ever wonder if you’re overdoing your skincare routine? While it’s great to indulge in special treatments now and then, doing so daily might actually stress your skin out. Overloading with unnecessary moisture and oils can disrupt the skin’s natural balance. Just because others use a multitude of products doesn’t mean you have to follow suit. It’s crucial to understand your skin’s condition and adjust the products and amount accordingly. Everyone’s skin varies, influenced by their environment and daily conditions, so it’s best to focus on the essential nutrients and hydration it needs. ❌ Apply the next product before fully absorbed Always ensure that the previous product has been fully absorbed before moving on to the next step. If not, you risk clogging your pores and triggering breakouts. However, don’t wait too long that your skin feels parched, especially for those with dry skin! 💎 Pro tip! You don’t need to apply every product all at once. For instance, on hot and humid days, or when my skin feels particularly oily, I skip the moisturizer initially. I’ll only apply it later when I feel my skin’s temperature has settled and it starts feeling dry. It’s always important to recognize what nutrients and care your body and skin are currently craving! 🩵 #skincaremistakes #skincaremistakestoavoid #skincaretips101 #koreanbeautytips #kbeautyskincare #clearskintips #skin ♬ (It Goes Like) Nanana – Edit – Peggy Gou
